Jury trial verdicts

Ooops, I forgot to update with a couple of verdicts from the week of May 17. Here they are:

331ST JUDICIAL DISTRICT/ JUDGE PERKINS


Defendants: Charles Lott
Offense: Aggravated robbery
Prosecutors: Amy Meredith and Marianne Powers
Defense attorney: Rick Reed
Disposition: Jury found guilty; jury assessed punishment at 30 years TDC.

403RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT/ JUDGE KENNEDY


Defendants: Willie Marshall
Offense: Sexual assault of a child
Prosecutors: Beverly Matthews and Joe Frederick
Defense attorney: Lucio del Toro
Disposition: Jury found guilty; jury assessed punishment at 26 years TDC.
